Meet Our Team

All of us are better together than one of us.

CHASE RICHESON
Vice President

As one of the Founders of Rise Up Homecare, Chase is on a life-long mission to Serve God and Serve Others. After his dad required emergency heart surgery in 2015, Chase saw the impact in-home care had on his dad's recovery. It was a profound experience and improving the quality of life for those in need quickly became his life's purpose. With more than a decade of experience in healthcare, Chase has a deep-rooted passion for meeting people where they are, getting to know them and understanding their circumstances. With this personal insight, he can work to provide them with peace of mind, comfort, and hope at a time when they need it the most. Chase works closely with healthcare facilities, administrators, senior living communities, and our caregiving team to ensure patients and residents get the quality care they deserve, allowing them to live their very best lives during their golden years.

Victoria Wirtanen RN
Administrator

Victoria has been a nurse for over 10 years and knew it was her calling. She started as an LPN working at a pediatrics office for low-income families, where she learned high quality customer service providing care to children. From there she worked her way up to Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree. Her main focus was geriatrics working at Venice Regional Hospital in the Medical Surgical unit. There she excelled in bed side care, triage, critical thinking skills, and leadership as the charge nurse for the unit. In that position, not only did she learn the physical attributes to nursing, but the emotional support and strength to become a caregiver to those sick and needing care. Now caring for individuals requiring assistance in their home setting has become her new calling here with Rise Up Homecare. Her leadership skills as the administrator are used to assess the patients’ needs and wants in order to feel safe and secure in their recovery journey. While always willing to be there for comfort and understanding, she is a great asset to the team and proud to be our head nurse in our homecare family.

Dulce Rodriguez
HR / Compliance Officer

With a lifelong passion for caregiving and service, I began my journey in healthcare by becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2010. Raised closely alongside elders throughout my childhood, I developed a deep respect, compassion, and appreciation for the wisdom and dignity of aging. Those early experiences shaped not only my career path, but also the values I carry into every client interaction. My dedication to caregiving became even more personal when my mother was diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer. During her illness, I became her primary caregiver, helping nurse her back to health with patience, strength, and unwavering love. That experience profoundly deepened my understanding of compassion, advocacy, and the importance of quality care during life's most vulnerable moments. In addition to healthcare, I spent four years working within the funeral industry, where I gained an even greater appreciation for the value of life, family, dignity, and precious time. Supporting families during difficult transitions taught me the importance of integrity, empathy, professionalism, and treating every individual with honor and respect. Today, my mission is rooted in providing dependable, heartfelt care while preserving the dignity, comfort, and well-being of those I serve. I believe caregiving is more than a profession—it is a calling built on trust, compassion, gratitude, and human connection.

Kianna Rupprecht
Care Coordinator

I started working in healthcare when I was 16 years old, and it has truly shaped the person I am today. What began as a job quickly became something much more meaningful. Through my experiences in memory care, home health, and at Florida Cancer Specialists, I have grown both personally and professionally while learning lessons that will stay with me for the rest of my life. In memory care, I learned patience, compassion, and how important it is to treat every person with dignity and respect. I had the opportunity to build relationships with residents and their families, and those connections taught me that sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference. Working in home health gave me a different perspective on care. Being able to help people remain comfortable and independent in their own homes allowed me to develop strong relationships with my patients and understand the importance of meeting people where they are, both physically and emotionally. At Florida Cancer Specialists, I had the privilege of caring for patients during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Watching their strength, courage, and resilience every day changed the way I view life. It taught me the importance of showing up for people, listening, and offering support even when there are no perfect words to say. Looking back, these experiences have helped me grow from a 16-year-old looking for an opportunity into someone who is passionate about caring for others. They have taught me responsibility, empathy, and the value of human connection. Most importantly, they have shown me that helping people through difficult moments is not just something I do—it's something that has become a part of who I am.

Isabel Cornwell
RN Administrator

Isabel graduated as a registered nurse in 2014 and completed her Bachelor's in Nursing a year later. Since then, she has worked in home health and as an independent concierge health consultant. Her passion and experience as a nurse grew as she became the caretaker for her father and navigated her own chronic Lyme disease diagnosis. Now, focusing primarily on elderly clients, she is passionate about providing quality healthcare, which led her to specialize in patient education and advocacy in order to maximize client care and outcomes. As the team nurse administrator, she provides valuable insight, uses her skills to assess client needs, and works with clients, families, and their healthcare teams to create productive plans for the highest quality of care.
